What is a space?
A space holds the files of one client, team or topic, with its own people and instructions for AI. New versions of a file belong to the same space and don't count again.
Which files can I upload?
PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, Markdown and plain text, plus images (JPG and PNG), which a vision model describes.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your files and questions are never used to train AI models.
Where is my data stored?
Within the European Economic Area.
Can I connect my own AI agent?
Yes. Every plan includes MCP access, so Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor or any MCP-compatible agent can read your spaces.
What happens when I reach a limit?
